Meet the Team
Mike Kato
Mike is the founder, former president and CEO of J21 Corp. He has been managing Japanese operations for several non-Japanese technology companies since 1996 and is regarded as an industry expert. Before starting J21, Mike lead various business units at Motorola and VDOnet Japan. Mike holds a B.S. from Keio University and was a company supported MBA student at the University of Detroit, USA. Passed away February 19th, 2020.
Toshikazu Kishimoto
Toshi is the president and CEO of J21 Corp. He has worked for GlaxoSmithKline K.K., Sales and Develop department, before J21. He is a Project Manager for Mobileye Products. Toshi hold Master of Business Administration from Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University and Master’s degree of Medical Sciences, from Tottri University.
Ritsu Matsushita
Ritsu has more than 25 years of experience within the Japanese and International financial sectors, both as analyst and as a fund manager. Before joining J21 he served as a global partner of INVESCO Asset Management. At J21, Ritsu is taking active roles in finance and investment activities with several investment companies. Ritsu holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Keio University in Japan.
