     Mike Kato

Mike Kato: Mike is the founder, president and CEO of Japan 21. He has been managing  Japanese operations for several non-Japanese technology companies since 1996 and is regarded as an industry expert. Before starting Japan 21, Mike lead various business units at Motorola and VDOnet Japan. As the company leader, Mike serves as the dynamo force for driving Japan21 teams to flourish, and at the same time guides Japan21 international partners to local business success. Mike holds a B.S. from Keio University and was a company supported MBA student at the University of Detroit, USA.

     Ritsu Matsushita

Ritsu Matsushita:  Ritsu has more than 25 years of experience within the Japanese and International financial sectors, both as analyst and as a fund manager. Before joining Japan21 he served as a global partner of INVESCO Asset Management. At Japan21, Ritsu is taking active roles in finance and investment activities with several investment companies. Ritsu holds B.S. and M.S. degrees from Keio University in Japan.
